Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel „freistil x Takeover Baden-Baden Gewinnspiel” akzeptiert der Teilnehmer folgende Teilnahmebedingungen:

Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist: Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, Haiterbacher Str. 104, 72202 Nagold, Deutschland.

Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook oder Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Facebook oder Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Facebook und Instagram sind von jeglicher Haftung ausgeschlossen. Der Empfänger der vom Teilnehmer bereitgestellten Informationen ist nicht Facebook oder Instagram, sondern die Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. Die bereitgestellten Informationen werden einzig für das Gewinnspiel „freistil x Takeover Baden-Baden” verwendet.

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die bei der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt und Fans der freistil ROLF BENZ Instagram-Seite oder der freistil ROLF BENZ Facebook-Seite sind. Mitarbeiter der Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG sowie jeweils deren Angehörige i.S.v. §15 AO und Lebenspartner sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

Die Teilnahme kann nur über Instagram erfolgen.

Dazu muss unter dem Post vom 29.01.24 kommentiert werden, wie viele freistil Möbel am Wochenende auf dem Takeover Festival im Festspielhaus zu finden sind.. Zudem muss der Post geliked und dem Account @freistil_rolfbenz gefolgt werden. Die Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel erfolgt unentgeltlich. Jeder Teilnehmer darf nur einmal teilnehmen. Die Gewinnspielteilnahme ist unabhängig vom Kauf einer Ware.

Eine Teilnahme über Gewinnspielclubs oder sonstige gewerbliche Dienstleister ist ausgeschlossen. Bei einem Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen behält sich Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. das Recht vor, Personen vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen, gegebenenfalls können Gewinne auch nachträglich aberkannt und/oder zurückgefordert werden. Unter allen Teilnehmern werden jeweils drei Gewinner per Zufall auf Instagram ausgelost.

Der Gewinn besteht aus 2x2 Takeover Festivalpässe . Der Gewinn ist nicht übertragbar und vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Eine Barauszahlung des jeweiligen Gewinns oder etwaige Ersatzforderungen sind nicht möglich. Der Gewinn wird dem Gewinner auf dem Postweg zugesandt.

Das Gewinnspiel startet am 29.01.2024 und endet am 31.01.2024 um 12:00Uhr. Der Gewinner wird in den Kommentaren genannt und per Direktnachricht informiert

Die Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, speichert Ihre persönlichen Daten ausschließlich für die Gewinnermittlung und –bekanntgabe und leitet diese zu diesem Zweck an ihre Agentur, oddity jungle, Friedelstraße 27, 12047 Berlin („Agentur“) weiter. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, beauftragt die Agentur im Zuge dieses Gewinnspiels mit der eindeutigen Identifikation im Falle eines Gewinns. Die Agentur ist selbstverständlich auch verpflichtet, Ihre Daten zu schützen und sie nur für den genau vorgegebenen Zweck zu nutzen. Darüber hinaus ist die Agentur auch verpflichtet, die Daten gemäß dieser Datenschutzerklärung und der geltenden Gesetzeslage zu behandeln. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel „freistil x Takeover Baden-Baden” zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung aus wichtigem Grund abzubrechen. Im Falle eines Abbruchs der Aktion aus wichtigem Grund wird die Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, die Teilnehmer unverzüglich hierüber informieren. Ein Abbruch aus wichtigem Grund kann insbesondere erfolgen, wenn aus technischen Gründen eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aktion nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, übernimmt keine Gewähr für entgangene Teilnahmechancen durch technisch bedingte Verbindungsstörungen o.ä.

The organizer of this giveaway is Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG, Haiterbacher Str. 104, 72202 Nagold, Germany.

The giveaway is in no connection to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram or supported in any way. Facebook and Instagram are excluded from every single liability. The recipient of the provided information by the participant is not Facebook nor Instagram but the Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. All provided information will be only used for the giveaway „Takeover Baden Baden Gewinnspiel”.

Entitled to participate are all those persons who are at least 18 years old when participating and are fans of the Rolf Benz Instagram page or the Rolf Benz Facebook page. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG employees as well as their family members and other persons involved in the conception and realization of this competition are excluded from the participation.

Participation is only possible on Instagram. To join the participants you have to like the post, follow the account @freistil_rolfbenz and comment below the post , how much freistil furniture can be found at the Takeover Festival in the Festspielhaus this weekend. The participation is free. Each person can only participate once.

The prize consists of 2x2 Takeover festival passes. Participation by giveaway clubs or other commercial service providers is not accepted. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. reserves the right to temporarily or definitely suspend participants should any incidents occur that represent a threat of the terms & conditions. Three winners are picked randomly on Instagram.

The giveaway starts on January 29th, 2024 and ends on January 31st, 2024 at 12.00pm.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG only saves your personal data for winner determination & announcement and gives them for this purpose to their agency, oddity jungle, Friedelstraße 27, 12047 Berlin („agency“). Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG entitles this agency within the scope of the giveaway to identify the winners. The agency is obliged to data protection and usage for the before named purpose of the data. Furthermore the agency is obligated to handle all data according to current data privacy policy and legal frameworks. There is no legal recourse.

Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. reserves the right to abort or terminate the giveaway at any time without giving reasons. Rolf Benz AG & Co. KG. particularly will make use of this possibility if a correct execution can’t be guaranteed due to technical reasons or legal reasons. If the giveaway is being terminated the Rolf Benz AG & Co.
